All in One Gym Stations FAQ
With our all-in-one gym stations, you have access to a wide range of strength and muscle-building exercises. With the power rack, you can perform classic compound movements like squats, bench presses and overhead presses, as well as accessory exercises like barbell rows, rack pulls and barbell shrugs. The Smith machine is also great for squats, as well as shoulder presses and deadlifts. With the cable machine, you can perform exercises like lat pulldowns, triceps pushdowns, cable curls and standing cable crunches, engaging different muscle groups and promoting functional strength.
Generally, you'll need enough room to comfortably manoeuvre around the equipment and perform exercises with proper form. The dimensions of the gym station will be on the product page, but will usually be around 1.5 - 2 sqm. It's important to measure your home fitness space and ensure you have plenty of additional room around the machine. Remember to also consider factors such as ceiling height, ventilation and accessibility.
While our all-in-one gym stations offer comprehensive workout options, you may consider additional equipment to enhance your fitness routine further. Depending on your preferences and fitness goals, accessories such as handle attachments, flooring, weight stack upgrades or ankle straps can complement your workouts. Explore our gym station accessories page for our full range. Additionally, investing in proper footwear and workout attire ensures comfort and safety during exercise sessions.
