Delivery Timeframe
Lifespan Fitness delivers premium fitness equipment to your doorstep Australia wide. Orders to the Melbourne metro region can be expected to be delivered within 1-5 business days. Express same day delivery is available to Melbourne metro customers that place an order before 11am. Deliveries in regional Victoria can be expected within 4-7 business days.

Delivery & Installation
Lifespan Fitness offers 3 delivery services; Door to Door (Standard or Express), Room of Choice and Room of Choice + Install.
Our Door-to-Door service offers reliable door-to-door, street level/ground floor delivery only. Our couriers will not deliver large items upstairs, enter homes, or provide installation/removal services. For items that weigh more than 40kg, they will require assistance in unloading.
Our Room of Choice service offers delivery into a room of choice within your home (upstairs included). No assistance is required for this service. Please note that this service does not include assembly. Any assembly service purchased will be conducted by a specialist assembly provider after the date of delivery.
Lifespan Fitness now offers an all-in-one Delivery & Installation (Also referred to as D&I or Room of Choice & Install) service. This service involves delivery and installation in your room of choice (upstairs included), no assistance is required.

Maintenance
Treadmills will require some upkeep and maintenance to keep it in the best condition, we recommend purchasing a silicone treadmill lubricant with your treadmill. Treadmill mats are also available to keep your floors protected.
Treadmill maintenance doesn’t take long to complete and will help keep your treadmill reliable for daily use. Lubrication is required for treadmills every 1-3 months depending on usage. Belt alignment is also required if the belt repositions off centre and a gap is evident on one side. If you have a DC motor, the brushes will need to be replaced every 2 years to keep it in tip top shape.
Lubrication, belt alignment and motor brushes replacement are the 3 main maintenance items required. Every treadmill is slightly different; therefore, it is best to refer to your owner's manual.

Picking Up Your Order
Before picking up your treadmill, check the carton measurements against the space in your vehicle, dimensions are available on the website. Treadmills will not fit in most sedans or hatchbacks, and will require an SUV, Van, Wagon or a Large Tray Ute. We do not recommend removing the packaging to save space, as damage can occur to your vehicle or the treadmill itself. For safety reasons, we cannot force products that cannot physically fit in your vehicle.
